My earbuds were working fine this morning and then the right channel went off I don’t know how to get the right channel to come back on it doesn’t seem putting them in the charger case and then putting them back in the ears is allowing them to pair

1. First, turn on the Bluetooth on your phone, forget all bluetooth name X9 that was connected before and turn off the Bluetooth.
2.Put the two earphones into the charging case. When the red light of both sides are slowly flashing, quick click the earphones continuously for 3 times until the light change from red to singel blue light then go back to red ,repeat the operation on the other earphone.
3. Take out the earphones from the charging case. First long press one earphone for 5s until the red and blue lights flash alternatively, then repeat the operation on the other earphone. Then lay the earbuds down and wait few seconds, the two side will pair each other automatically. Meanwhile, the left one flash red and blue light and right one flash blue light slowly.
4. Turn on the bluetooth on your phone again. Then select x9 pairing.Please let me know if the above work.If still doesn’t work, we will resend a new one to you

U can’t fix this because they are Bluetooth, so u can’t do anything with it 🙁

Then remove them both, hold on to the power button for 4 seconds and they will begin to blink
You then hold the power button for 20 secs, this process re-pairs them with each other
